Peace Corps Prep Program
Peace Corps Prep (PC Prep) at the University of Michigan will prepare you for international development fieldwork and potential Peace Corps service. To accomplish this, you’ll build four core competencies through interrelated coursework, hands-on experience, and professional development support.
These four competencies are:
- Training and experience in a work sector
- Foreign language skills
- Intercultural competence
- Professional and leadership development
Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate from Peace Corps. Please visit our website
for more detailed information on the program requirements.
All undergraduate students are eligible to apply, as long as they have Sophomore standing. Interested students who don't yet have sophomore standing are welcome to review the certificate requirements and begin planning how they'll fulfill them prior to applying.
There is no cost to participate in this program.
